Business Contact Manager - Outlook 2003

Hi all,

Business Contact Manager was installed after installing Office 2003 and it
was in menu during first run of Outlook. Now I have no Business Tools on my
menu. There is no Bussiness Contact Manager in my Outlook. I do know why BCM
was lost from menu. How to restore BCM ?
