When starting a call in outlook from the "call contact" menu, one is given
the option to open a phone journal. The resulting journal, however, is of a
type that does not show in the activity section of the business contact, nor
can it be pasted there. The phone journal which is in the sub menu of the
add button on the business contact "general" tab does not allow modification
of the date and time dialog boxes. It only allows time stamping from the
start and pause button. My suggestion is:
1)If there two journal systems are needed in Outlook, data should be able to
be interchanged between the two.
2)If a call is originated from right clicking the contact in the "business
contacts" list of the business contact window, the journal associated with it
should be one that links automatically to the business contact.
