Business Contact Manager problem

I have a client that is using Business Contact Manager with Outlook 2003. The
computer is part of a domain using Microsoft Exchange 2003 that is part of a
SBS 2003 domain. When the user opens a contact, He receives the follwing
message on the screen "Business Contact Manager was unable to initialize this
form."

How can i fix this?
