Business Contact Manager Sharing

I want to share Business Contact Manager Contacts 2003

According to MS you can share your business contact manager data....

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HP011228451033.aspx

"On the Business Tools menu (Business Tools menu: The menu on the Outlook
menu bar that provides access to Business Contact Manager for Outlook
functions.), click Share Database."

NO MATTER WHAT I DO...there is NO "Share Database" listed under the
"Business Tools" menu!

I've tried this on 10 different computers...same result...

OH AND I AM THE ADMININSTRATOR on all of the computers local and domain!

Have you installed the BCM version 2 update?

Mike,

Thank you for resonding.

To answer your question ALL 2003 Office updates are installed and YES the
BCM updates from officeupdate.microsoft.com has been installed. MS calls it
BCM SP1.

Additional info.
I have tested this in 3 different facilities and gotten the same result
EVERYTIME.
All are using XP Professional SP2 with all critical updates installed.
All are participating in a domain.
All are administrators over local machine.
All have ALL parts of Office Small Business Edition installed including BCM
All have running on new computers.
I have tested it using multiple different profiles.
I have even gone into the mail settings in control panel and gone to the
database and tried assigning it to the profile I'm in...

I have YET to see a version of BCM that says anything about Sharing when you
drop down from the Business Tools menu or anywhere else! Have you?
