Business contact manager should work. technical support is terrib.

I am having trouble getting help with Business contact manager. I refuse to
pay for support when product should work to begin with - otherwise it should
not be sold.
When I look at business contacts the business contact history is posted with
my emial inbox - my business notes etc... are missing. It will not allow me
add new notes etc.... Not very productive software!!!!!
