Business Contact Manager update

I have been having real problems with Outlook BCM 'loosing' its Accounts and
Contact forms.

I installed Office SP1 then the BCM update
(BusinessContactManager-kb839881-fullfile-enu.exe).

I now have Outlook 2003 without the BCM option on the menu at all!

Any ideas?
