Business Contact Manager was not installed

I had an aborted install of Business Contact Manager for Outlook 200
after successfully installing Office 2003 Pro on a Win XP Pro machine
Now, when I try to reinstall Business Contact Manager, it says

The wizard was interrupted before Business contact Manager for Outloo
2003 could be completely installed

How can I clean up the bad partial installation, so I can do a clea
reinstall
