Business Contact Manager - Where is it?

I just received my latest Action Pack Subscription which includes Microsoft Office 2003 Professional Edition. Should it include the Business Contact Manager? I don't see it as an option on the CD. If it is not included, does anyone know where I can get it?

Are you running an Exchange Account? If yes, the BCM is not enabled if you
have an Exchange Account in your mail profile.

I am not running exchange. It is just a stand alone version of Office 2003 Professional that I have on my laptop.
