business contact manager

I have Microsoft Office Small Business Edition. I installed the whole suite
and when I now try to install Business Contact Manager right at the end of
the installation process it rolls back and say that the installation of
Business Contact manager was interupted.

I've searched the knowledge base, but nothing similar comes up.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions

Dominic, I'm having the same problems installing BCM. Did you ever get it
resolved? If so, what's the fix/trick?
