Business Contact Manager

After using for some time, when I now try to open a business contact form I get the message "Unable to open bcm form, will open outlook form instead". When I say "Okay" to this a message "Array index out of bounds" comes up. "Okay" to this opens an outlook form with the contact. (But not all the details I require." Is there a fix?
