Can I change the name of the folders in "my contacts"? Can
I transfer contacts in between the folders? such as
between "contacts" and "accounts in business contacts?

No, you can't change the names of the folders. You can copy items between
folders (safer than move -- delete the leftovers later), but note that it
will convert a contact to an account or vice versa.
