Thanks in advance to everyone for reading this. We have a
remote user using BCM in Outlook with POP3 mail accounts
and his laptop crapped out on him in the field. He took
it to CompUSA and they reloaded the OS in order for him to
keep all of his data. However, he had to reload BCM. All
of his tracking for his business clients is gone. It
appears that the dbs are all there with the correct
modified dates, but BCM wants to re-create all new dbs.
Is it possible to somehow associate the older data with
his new Outlook profile? Any help is appreciated.
