Business Contact Manager

P

Phil Medlicott

I have just upgraded Office pro 2000 to Office pro 2003
on a personal desktop at home.

When I try to install business contact manager I get the
message "Microsoft.Net Framework Set up cannot write to
the setup file" after installing Microsoft>net framework
files. The installtion program then aborts. How do I fix
this?

Also when I launch Outlook 2003, I get a window saying
Microsoft LDAP directory with a connections details tab
asking for a password. It returns an error when I press
OK or cancel. This does not stop me using Outlook but it
is irritating for it to appear each time I start Outlook.

I'd try reinstalling BCM, making sure that you're logged on as an
administrator.

You can remove the LDAP account in Tools | E-mail Accounts, under address
books.
