Business Contact Manager

Hi

I would like to know if there is anyway to have a rule that will not only move
the incoming messages from the inbox to the appropriate folder and also link
said message to the account or business contact.

No such rule is availble, but it's not necessary. By default, BCM
maintains a history of all email exchanges with contacts in the
Accounts or Business Contacts folder.

When I receive a new E-Mail from a Business contact I must link it manually with
the proper account otherwise BCM will not do it on it own

you have to set it in the options for BCM, business tools, link emails, auto link
