Business Contact Manager

I cannot enter new "Business Contact" in "Business Contact Manager". When I click on "New" button, I receive the following error messages
1. The form required to view this message cannot be displayed
2. Array index out of bounds

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I experienced a similar problem.
Are you by any chance synchronizing with a Pocket PC

I experienced the same problem and found the following solution on another message board:

You need to clear the forms cache and reboot:

Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>Custom Forms>Manage Forms>Clear Cache

Also - do a search on frmcache.dat and rename the file then delete it.

This has fixed it - then it reoccurs - simply repeat the clearing forms cache above..make sure you reboot outlook.
