Business Contact Manager

Hello,

Trying to use business contact manager and I cannot seem
to get the system to "take" and links from an existing e-
mail message to an account or opportunity.

It seems like it is supposed to allow you to create a
contact associated with an account and then any e-mail
sent to that contact will fall under that account. Even
that doesn't work.

In addition, I want to associate e-mails from contacts
that don't work for that particular account (e.g. from an
SE or VP that overseas multiple accounts) to that same
account. Can this be done? How?

I get the feeling that some of these bugs just don't work
well.
