Error msg in Business Ctc Manager

I have M office Professional - when putting in a new contact into Business area I keep getting error message

Error message - "Array indes Out of Bounds and "The form required to view this msg cant be displayed. Ctc Administrator.

I have about 40 contacts in there and am wondering if there is a cutoff or some way to enter more
