business contact manager

we have purchased 2 pc s in June 2004. Windows 2000 and Office 2003
Professional were pre-loaded.

now I would like to use business contact manager and i am advised to buy a
retail version of Office 2003 for small business ($799 in Australia) which is
cost prohibitive

is there a version of adding bcm (and paying for it legally) to the software
I already have

MS Office 2003 Business Contact Manager for MS Outlook

is included with MS Office 2003 Professional Edition
(see link below) as an optional install. feature through
the Microsoft Office 2003 Listing in Add/remove Programs.
It won't work if you're also using MS Exchange Server
in your profile.
