Business Contact Manger History/Linking Toolbar

Whenever I attempt to use the toolbar to link an email message Business
Contact Manager (BCM) crashes with a "Send Error Report", etc. window and
then restarts itself. Has anyone else had this problem or know what is
going on here?

I am running Windows XP Professional, P4, etc., & Office SB 2003 with BCM.
