Business Contact Mngr 2003 errors!

I have a user running Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager. Outlook
started giving her error messages that the reminders could not be set and
then "crashing." I've encountered that error before and know it has to do
with the pst file being too large. We uninstalled and reinstalled OL and had
same errors. We uninstalled BCM and then OL would at least open to an
extent. Uninstalled OL, created new pst (saving the old pst with a different
name), installed OL and have it up and running. As soon as we installed BCM
on this new pst, we get the same errors that the reminders can't be set, that
OL needs to close and has generated errors, etc., etc. We've once again
uninstalled BCM and OL is running just fine. So, I'm looking for advice on
how to get BCM installed and working again (if possible). Failing that, how
can we get the business contacts to open in OL or to get them transferred to
OL or imported into OL?
Thanks in advance for any help.

File -> Data File Management -> Add the BCM database
Check in Help -> About and make sure BCM is not disabled
If it continues to crash, try to update it to the current version. Links are
on my website.
Worst case scenario, I can extract your data for you.
Uninstalling BCM has consequences. How current is your last backup?

Thanks for the info. I'll give this a shot and see what happens. Before we
did anything, we did copy the pst file to a flash drive, so we do have that
backup.

OK, your link/suggestion to do the update to the current version seems to
have fixed the problem. My user is able to open Outlook and her business
contacts are there and everything looks good.
Thanks!
