Business Contact Phone Number Extension

When I add a new contact to my "Contacts" I am able to click the phone number
type button and get the option via the "check phone number" popup to enter an
extension number, but when adding a "Business Contact" into BCM I do not get
the option to click the number type button or enter an "extension" or "local"
along with the business number... you would think it would be the other way
around??

Hi,
Yes, that functionality is not available in Business Contacts. But, the
Phone number in Business Contacts can be directly entered as (123) 456 7890
x 4351.
