Business ContactManager problems

Hi All
I have started using Business Contact manager, and it seems ike a good
idea...if it worked. I cannot genereate any reports. Ihave accouns, with
contacts and history for each contact. When I try to run a report, it comes
up blank.

More specifically, I want to run a Account history report. I have a primary
contact defined witha few other contacts in that account, associated emails,
appointments, and phone records. The report lists the primary conatact name,
with NONE of the contact information (phone number, email adress, etc), and
none of the history. Ye if I open the account, all of the information is
stored...is there a security setting somewhere that I have to lower? Any
thoughts????
