Business Contacts Gone

I tried to condense address books into one. When I next restarted my
computer all business contacts are gone. I wnt to earlier set point. no
luck. When I open Outlook I get the following message " Business Contact
Mgr. failed to initialize the common Language Runtime. Could not load file
and assembly "sorttbls.nlp or one of its dependencies. The system cannot
find the file specified. Wow
