I am running Outlook 2003 with BCM on Windows XP with all updates current for
Windows and Office. Both the Business Database option from the File menu and
te Business Tools menu are gone. I have check the registry key
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddin.Connect.1
and it is set yo 3. There are no disabled items under Help/About/Disable
Items. I have tried running Detect and Repair. None of this has brought
back the menu options.
I am actually trying to move the Outlook and BCM from a local machine
account to a domain account. How do I backup or build the new database from
the existing? Also, how can I fix this on the local machine logon -
uninstall BCM and re-install? And if I do that, how do I preserve my
existing database, without having to go to a month old backup?
Thanks,
Perry
