Hello!
I use Outlook as my rolodex and prefer to keep all
information in the address book. MY problem is that when
I enter a business fax number for a contact, outlook adds
it to the drop-down contact list. It creates twice as
many 'contacts'. I do not use auto-dial or do any type of
calling/faxing activity from my computer. How can I stop
Outlook from automatically adding the fax number as
a 'contact' to select? For example, if I add John Smith
as a contact and include a business fax number, the
following will show up on the contact list when I hit
the "TO:" button.
John Smith (E-mail)
John Smith (Business fax)
If I delete the 'business fax' entry, it deletes the
number from the address book and completely defeats my
objective. I've used outlook for a long time and this is
the first time I've experienced this problem. ANY
SUGGESTIONS!?!?!?
Thanks!
