business manager "contact us" error

I am getting the following error message:

Contact Business Contact Manager Support. You can find contact information
in the "Contact Us" topic in the Business Contact Manager Help (Help Menu,
Business Contact Manager Help)

Unfortunately I can't find the Business Contact Manager Help in order to
find the contact us info. I have no idea why this error is coming up but it
happens every time. I attempted to repair the office insatallation but it is
still occuring.

more details on when this error would most often occur?

Would it always happen when you start Outlook? would it only happen if you
try to do anything BCM-related? Are we talking about Office / BCM 2003, or
the 2007 suite?
