Business Manager toolbar removal problem

I am trying to remove this toolbar in Outlook 2007. I click on it in the
toolbar manager window and say delete and it asks if I am sure, I say yes, I
see it removes it and then when I click OK/apply to close the window, it puts
it back. Why won't it stay gone? Thank you.

I stumbled across how to fix it, had to remove it from list of folders in
sidebar in order for toolbar to go away permanently.
