Business object cannot be created error

All,

Two users of my Project Server 2003 configuration have reporting
receiving the following error when saving their plans:

An unexpected error occured.
Error number: 4100
Error source: Microsoft ADO/RDS
Error description: Business object cannot be created

The message consistently displays in affected plans; however, after
hitting OK, the save appears to progress.

Any suggestions as to the cause of the error and related fixes?

Wendy,

This refers to an error that if it occurs all the time, you probably
have a configuration issue. If your error is intermittent, take a look
at the Q331953 critical update?
