Sorry: There is no such thing as a "template" for a Business Plan.
It's actually a "Report" that will hopefully impress your board of
directors, your accountant, and your bank manager
It will include a narrative setting out your objectives and their dates.
There will be at least three Excel spreadsheets showing your projected
cash-flow, borrowings, draw-downs, income flow, all as time-lines.
Ideally there will be a PowerPoint summary you can take with you around the
banks and financial institutions to beg for money.
And a page of business referees that can be contacted to check up on the
fact that you are a nice, reliable citizen that always pays bills on time
It's really good to keep the whole production under 20 pages. That's about
the limit of the attention-span of your average banker
