I am having a hard time getting contact info from contacts into accounts.
Seems like you should only have to enter contact info once. I am having to
enter it twice.

Hi,
Move or copy the Contacts by dragging them from Outlook Contacts folder
to Business Contacts folder. In order to make a copy, keep the "control" key
pressed.
