When attempting to access a Business Contact in Business
Contact Manager the following message appears
"The Custome Form could not be opened. Outlook will use
an Outlook From instead. The form requested to view this
message cannot be displayed.Contact Your administrator"

then

"Array Index out of bounds"

Has anyone else had this probe. It means that I can't
access entries assosciated with a particular contact or
add e.g. forecast information.

Try clearing the cache. I do not have it installed on this machine but it
is easily discoverable.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
