Busy/Free Publish

I am using Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003 Client and the
Outlook clients are set to publish 6 months of busy/free data. However
when I try to do a meeting request there is only 2 months of data
available. Is there a setting on the Exchange server that will allow
us to publish the full 6 months of data to the server? Or is there
something else I am doing wrong.
