button dissapears

Hi,

when I right click a word I am not offered the 'thesaurus" so I added
it to the 'toolbar' if that's the terminolgy

Works ok until I close and reopen word and then see that the button
has disappeared.

Any help would be appreciated.

thank you that will save me a lot of agro !

still interested in what happens to the buttons though. I put the 'set
language' button on the bar too and that had disappeared when I
reopened Word.

Deleted 'normal.dot' and also run the 'repair' but that didn't help.

Well I found out why my changes weren't being saved !

Adobe Instead of using an add-in template has replaced the template
with a COM add-in which does not lend itself to being manipulated in
the same manner as the earlier versions.
Furthermore the inclusion of this add-in flags normal.dot as 'saved'
so changes to normal.dot are not flagged on closing and not saved
automatically.
You can force such changes by selecting SHIFT+File then Save All:
To prevent the add-in from loading, edit the Windows registry. Locate
the
key[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Word\Addins\PDFMaker.OfficeAddin]
and change the subkey called "LoadBehavior" from a value of 3 to 0.
