Button for e-mail

I have added a button to my worksheet that saves files in
specific locations. Now I would like it to also send a e-
mail with canned subject line and content each time it is
clicked. So I can notify someone (the same person)
automatically each time a file is saved.

Does someone have the code for this?
It would be nice if it happened in the background if thats
possible.
