Button Handling

How do i store the content inside the textboxes into an xml file when
a submit button is clicked? do i do it under the forum properties of
the form or button?
One more thing is whenever i click the submit button a webpage always
appear.

I running on Win 2k Professional SP 4. Am using MS Frontpage 2003.
