Button Problem

I am creating a custom forms and I add a button on the form.
When the button on click, I hope it can pop up the contact list screen.
Then I set the button's properties, "Field and Format of control" as
[all post field] -> [From]. I also hope to run some vb script on the
backend when the button on click. However, the script doesn't run after
i set the "Field and Format of control".
Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

I also want to ask how can i call out the value inside [all post field]
-> [From] in the vb script, i try item.From but not work.
