Button text not displayed

FrontPage 2000 SP3 I have renamed a page in my site at the URL:
http://www.sandiwaygolf.co.uk/ having made changes to its content. The
button in the Navigation Bar in the left shared border that accesses the
page is now blank when I open the site in my browser. But the button is
active & it gives access to the changed page where its text appears!

After making the changes I opened Navigation view & renamed the page.
This change appears as its title in Page Properties. I have used the
Recalculate Hyperlinks command & all changes have been saved.

What have I missed?

Somehow your image
_derived/aboutthecourse.htm_cmp_expeditn110_vbtn_a.gif
is corrupted

Try finding the about buttons in the _overlay folder and deleting them
Then edit the nav view to change About to anything else
- Run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks
Edit the nav view to change About back to what you want
- Run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks

Stefan thank you. All is in order again!
Never in a month of Sundays could I have worked out how to deal with my
problem. I have to wonder in admiration whether your your solution is
inspiration, experience, common sense or a combination of each of them?
In any case my sincere thanks. Malcolm
