button(with vb modult) appear if required only , in work sheets

I want some calculation to be done by using macros.

For example:
Suppose a sheet contains marks sheet with eng maths and
science of different students
if BUTTON1 is pressed must get in a column English mark total
if BUTTON1 is pressed must get in a column Maths mark total
if BUTTON1 is pressed must get in a column SCIENCE mark total

with each button vb modules for calculating total marks are attached
The problem is
Many different people are doing this Mark tabulation(example only) in
different locations of the same computer system.

The thing is that if they are opening a work sheet for this purpose ,
automatically on cell a1,b1 ,& c1 these button must appear and when clicked-
the code attached to it must start working
