Buy 2003 or wait for Office 12?

I recently scrapped my old Windows 98 PC with a new Windows XP PC and I
want to also upgrade from Office 95 to the latest Office version. I
understand Office 12 is due this fall and was wondering if I should buy
Office 2003 or wait. Since I can't upgrade from 95 to 2003 I will have
to buy the full version I don't want to spend big bucks for 2003 if the
new version of Office is going to be a big change. Anybody know or have
an opinion?

MS's date for Office 12 is in 2006, rther than this fall.
