Buying downgrade version of Microsoft Office - specifically XP

Are there any legal or other issues to watch out for in buying a
downgrade version of Microsoft Office - Office XP?

I don't need the latest version, and would like to pay less money. A
Google search turned up CheapSoft4U, selling a downloadable version at
an acceptable price. Can I assume that the product is legitimate, and
does it make any difference if the search result was a Sponsored
link?

Common sense should tell you that if it's that cheap, there's a reason why.
You couldn't give me a copy of downloaded Office. I happen to prefer my
system virus and malware-free and all of my software legal.

No, you cannot assume it is legitimate. Office XP is out of support and is not being sold any more by legitimate dealers except for those like Amazon.com. Downloadable software is ALWAYS a crapshoot meaning it is 99.9999999% of the time pirated, cracked, infected, or otherwise unusuable.
