Buying "downloaded" copy of office xp pro

I have seen a listing of a copy of office xp pro for sale
that claims to be downloaded and burned onto a CD and
is "perfectly legal". Is this possible?
The price is great, $200, but what am I getting? How can
I verify what I get is good?
