Buying OfficeXP in U.S. vs buying it in Canada

I have an opportunity to have a client buy OfficeXP Professional in the US
for my use - I will be the registered owner. I will be returning to Canada
and will want to reinstall it here. I know I have to reregister my copy but
will there be any problems re: warranties, patches, upgrades etc. because I
have a US version?
