Buying used computers with office installed

I am looking at buying some used computers that have MS Office 2003 installed
on them. Will I now be the legal owner since the original company that
bought them is now bankrupt?

Or can I buy an OEM Version with some hardware as currently being sold on
Ebay and legally register the sofware?

You will be the legal owner of the PC and all software that they seller
provides a legal license for. You can't legally buy OEM Office
separately as it HAS to be sold preinstalled on a computer.
