buzzer when target date was reached

I'm using Access 2003, is't possible to have a buzzer, bell or any sound that
will trigger the user that the target date(this is a data of the database)
was already met.

You can use http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0011.htm to
play a sound.

When/Where you invoke that depends on what user action is
used to determine that the target(??) was met.

I prefer to use message box to remind the user than using sound, so
every time when the user open an application than it will pop up and
remain open untill close by the user after being read.
This just another opinion.
