Some time ago, I entered a request to find a fix for a vba error when running
a SAP/BW Bex Explorer Query.
Here is the fix, it was an authorization error causing the problem:
When trying to open a query from the BeX Analyzer in Excel, a VB runtime
error 61704 occurs on the desktop. It was found that a missing authorization
caused this error. This missing authorization also caused a Runtime error 91
when opening the query designer (from the desktop).
Add the following authorization to the base user role:
RFC Type=FUGR
RFC Name=RFCH
ACTVT=16
