By going through the training course can i pass the exam?

I was just wondering if by going through the audio training course published
on microsoft website will that be enough to pass the MOS exams?

There's no way we'd be able to know that. Some people don't need anything
more than practical experience, others will never even have a clue
regardless of the amount of training they undergo.
