By-passing Regional Settings

Good day,

Is there a way to by-pass the regional settings (especially with respect to
language settings). Since I have to work in both languages (French and
English), I am encountering problems when working with the decimal tabs in
Word.

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

Have you tried setting your keyboard to International English?

Milly,

Thank you for the suggestion; however, this does not affect the regional
settings as it is indicated, in the regional information, that the decimal
separator is the comma and my problem is exactly that. How can I tell Word
that in the table I'm working in, the decimal separator is now the period?

I'm desperate...
