bypass option

Hello,

I was looking in the messages of this group if there is any possibility to
prevent a user to open a database with the shift-key.
I did not find the answer.
I want the system always to start code when it is opened, shift-key used or
not.
I don't want to use the security tools of workgroups, I have devellopped an
easier way to set accessrights for users.
Does anyone know how to turn off the bypass-option with the shift-key?
