C# addin , the Visio Events are not being called.

hi all,
we have an addin through which we open several C# window forms, which
opens properly in the Debug mode and the projects default Setup.But the
window forms does not open in the Custom Setup. The Addin is getting
registered and we have custom menu which is being created in the Visio's
"documentcreate" event and this menu is also created appropriately. But
the window forms which is also opened in the Visio's "Document create"
event Is not opening in the Custom setup. Can anybody help me out with
this.
