How come I get this every time i try to open a word
document. Word 97 Windows XP. I receive the document as an
email attachement and save it in my documents.

the error

c:\email message is being used by Trevor. Do you want to
make a copy?


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like either an accumulation of abandoned temp files or mail.dot is
corrupt. Follow the clean up instruction in the following FAQ and see if it
resolves the problem:
